Returns

Returns are only available during inspection upon delivery.
You can check your order when it arrives before receiving it.

If the order is not received after the delivery attempt, the customer is required to pay the shipping fee of 80 EGP.

After receiving the order, returns are not available unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return after receiving the order.

Exchanges

Exchange is available during inspection upon delivery.

If you want to exchange the size after receiving the order, an exchange fee of 80 EGP will apply.

Please make sure to check the Size Chart carefully before placing your order.

الاسترجاع

الاسترجاع متاح فقط أثناء المعاينة عند الاستلام.
يمكنك معاينة الطلب عند وصوله قبل استلامه.

في حالة عدم استلام الطلب بعد محاولة التوصيل، يلتزم العميل بدفع رسوم الشحن بقيمة 80 جنيه.

بعد استلام الطلب، لا يتوفر الاسترجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعة مؤكد.

منتجات الـ Final Sale غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد استلام الطلب.

الاستبدال

الاستبدال متاح أثناء المعاينة عند الاستلام.

في حالة رغبتك في تبديل المقاس بعد استلام الطلب، يتم دفع رسوم تبديل بقيمة 80 جنيه.

يرجى التأكد من المقاس جيدًا من خلال جدول المقاسات قبل تأكيد الطلب.

في حالة وجود عيب صناعة مؤكد، يتم الاستبدال مجانًا بعد مراجعة المشكلة والموافقة عليها من فريقنا
