Yes. You can inspect your order upon delivery before receiving it. If the order is not received after the delivery attempt, the customer is required to pay the shipping fee of 80 EGP.
What is the Guarantee Certificate?

Can I exchange or return my order?
Exchange and return are only available during inspection upon delivery. If you want to exchange the size after receiving the order, the exchange fee is 80 LE. Please make sure to check the Size Chart carefully before placing your order.
